Repeat prescription request

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered, a) by filling in the form below, b) coming to the practice with a paper-list of the medications you need, or c) through the Pippo App. Calling reception can be challenging for repeat scripts as we want to avoid any errors in taking the medications and doses over the phone.

Please note the following with repeat prescription requests:

• Patients generally need to be seen on a six monthly basis for ongoing renewal of prescriptions. Any exceptions are at the doctors’ discretion.

• A charge applies for all private prescriptions without a consultation. Medical Card and GP Visit Card patients have their fees paid for by the State.

• Please allow two working days to process the request.

• Please check with your nominated pharmacy that they have received your prescription before you call us to check if we sent it.
