We are accepting new patients to Strand Medical. Please fill in the form below and outline when might suits you to visit. Our team will reply within two days. You will need to see a doctor for a registration visit before you are accepted to the practice.

Alternatively you can fill in a paper-based application form at the practice.

All medical card / DVC applications are to be made for Dr Mark Murphy 54763 (you can see either Dr Irene or Dr Mark with this card).
